احتمال نامزد شدن هیلاری کلینتون در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری آینده ایالات متحده
سایت مرجعFor the first time in months, we have news regarding Hillary Clinton's possible run for presidency, an issue that she's been expertly dodging in interviews and public appearances since the year began. The politician appears to be setting up in New York to start working on her campaign.
Hollywoodlife reports that Clinton has been quietly shopping around for office space in New York City and she's finally found something to her liking. It turns out that Clinton decided for some space in a corporate building overlooking Times Square.
Sources deep inside her entourage are confirming that this space will, in fact, become her campaign headquarters, from which she'll be mounting all her efforts to become the next president of the United States.
The space the former Secretary of the United States has rented is described as being spacious and sunny, and if we're to believe the insider reports, the lease has been signed for a two-year period, which means that it coincides perfectly with the 2016 presidential race.
Though she's been keeping mum on the subject of running for office for months, it's believed that Hillary is going to be making the announcement for her participation in the presidential race shortly. And by shortly, we mean sometime this week or the next, because she's expected to move into the new space by August 11.
Among the privileges she'd be enjoying in her costly new space, there are nine offices, one large conference room, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large windows with breathtaking views of Times Square.
Back in December 2013, Clinton refused to tell Barbara Walters in an interview if she was running for president, promising her that she would make an announcement about her decision later in 2014. The time must have finally come, but there are some recent developments that could throw a spanner in the works.
According to some insiders, Hillary is somewhat concerned that she won't be able to juggle her presidential duties with those of being a grandmother, as her daughter Chelsea has announced her pregnancy earlier this year and is expected to give birth in the fall.
Just in case this needed to be pointed out, if Hillary Clinton wins (and there are many who think that she's got a real shot this time around), she'll go on to become America's first woman president. We don't need to tell what big a deal that is for our modern society and worldwide politics.
