در پی آزمایشی که توسط وب سایت آلمانی تویکرز دات نت صورت گرفت ، مشخص شد آیپد سه دمایی معادل 33.6 درجه سلسیوس متصاعد می کند . این در حالی است که رقیب نسل دومی این دستگاه بنام آیپد دو دمایی معادل 28.3 درجه سلسیوس هنگام کارکرد تولید می کند :

After reports broke out that the new iPad was prone to overheat during usage, Dutch site Tweakers.net decided to performed a GLBenchmark test on the tablet.

They took both the iPad 3 and an iPad 2 unit to measure the heat differences between the two devices using an infrared camera. They discovered that iPad 3 was running at 33.6 degrees Celsius (92.5 Fahrenheit), whereas the second-generation tablet measured 28.3 degrees Celsius (83 Fahrenheit).

While the Dutch site does seem to confirm yesterday’s reports, readers should note that the normal operating temperature specified by Apple is 32 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 35 Celsius). Which means the new iPad, albeit running a tad warmer, is still well within normal limits.

The testers believe the new A5X chip is to blame, mostly because of its quad-core graphics processor.
